Refund & Return Policy
If the product is received in a damaged/broken form or you are dissatisfied with it, you may raise your return in your Sanskriti Bazaar’s account dashboard – in the orders section We will contact you and may ask for its image then please share a picture and describe an issue at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange for a replacement or refund wherever possible.
Note: We suggest you shoot a short video recording for expensive orders while opening a box if possible, for proof if it’s possible. and do not accept orders if it’s leaked or the seal is opened.
We have 24 hrs. Return policy, which means you have 24 hrs. After receiving your item to request a return only if the products are broken/damaged, the outdated or the wrong product is sent by mistake; in such cases shipping charges will be bear by us and you will get back your money in 3-5 working days or product replaced with no extra charge.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, the seal shouldn’t be opened, and it must be in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase; otherwise, we will not be able to return.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com If your return is accepted means once we approve your return we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how, where to send your package and you will have to arrange for the return and its shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method once we receive that item back. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
We may update this Refund & Return Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. The same day Refund & Return policy will be applicable at your order the time when you shop from our site.
Disposal of disputes
For disposal of any dispute, a decision will be taken after listening to both the customer and the vendor and the necessary documents will be examined from both. And the judicial place will be Amritsar.
