Delivery & Shipping

We are working on it. Shortly we will be availble internationally. Currently delivery is availble
throughout India (Bharat).

We have three shipping levels. you may choose according to your comfort.

Free Shipping – Its availble ocassionally or on some featured products its same as standard
shipping in terms of quality. You may skip this facility if you need that product urgently and then
you may choose fast shipping at your own end.
Standard Shipping – Mostly it is from or via India Post generally and it may take 8 to 14 days for
delivery. Its very economical and good if you need product but not so urgent.
Fast Shipping – Its little expensive but its vey quick 3-5 Days Delivery service. Its good if you
need product urgently

Free Shipping is availble ocassionally or on some featured products, otherwise we have economical and fast shipping methods. Both are customer friendly

Our seller dispatches product same working day once you order your product. If in your dashboard its not reflecting dispatched even then you no need to worry we ensure safe and timely delivery. For more help or support call at our helpline.

Returns & Refunds

In Some cases we give Instant full money back without any delay –
1. If you get broken product.
2. If your product is missing.
3. If you received your product too late

Follow these Steps – Simply go to; Your Orders – and mention the reason of return and mark it for return; Our Customer Care Executive will get back to you shortly for basic enquiry, if your reason and criteria will be fulfilled then it will be approved your full money back instantly and you may buy a new product of your choice from Sanskriti Bazaar.

Suppose your mind has changed or due to some other reason now you do not need that product which you have bought then you may claim cancel your order only if your product is not dispatched i.e. its on hold from vendor side – simply you may cancel it and get your money back in three to five working days as according to the norms of payment gateways. Once your order is dispatched then you can’t request for cancel unless if delivery time limit is crossed and your product is still not delivered and you can’t wait more then you may claim full money back. In other cases return facility is available for three days from the date of buy only if wrong item sent by mistake, product broken, product missing and any defect or fault in product or item is expired. If our seller give you expired or wrong product we ensure compensation to you in form of reward or free delivery of your next order from the vendor side or from Sanskriti Bazaar.
